I left ALL of my stuff behind, along with my abusers. I was in between drug and alcohol rehabs, multiple mental health diagnoses, over a year long leave of absence living off of my own savings, psych meds that were going to be the death of me when I found and joined Mindvalley. I followed the advice to do Lifebook first. Through interacting with this Quest, I was offered a sequenced recommended path forward based on my unique needs, which I have been following. It has made all the difference in my rebounding and unfolding life.
