Despite the sorrow and the pain, I felt that life was giving me a gift: the unique opportunity to get to know myself.
Given the context, the Lifebook Program has come as a blessing, it has provided tools of understanding, a path to follow, new hope. I had been working on myself for a while before I started: therapy, life coaching, some seminars…
But taking the journey with the Lifebook program shed new light on my personal-growth process, it gave me much-needed a reinvigorating shake.
Thanks to John and Missy I was finally able to look into my beliefs, my fears, my values with clarity and consciousness. I felt in good company along the journey and this gave me strength. And, more important still, it gave me a method to organize my thoughts, my feelings, my ideas. Now I am less afraid of being who I am: I know where am headed and why. There are still obstacles to overcome, first of all, some cumbersome limiting beliefs but I feel confident that I am on the right track.
Thank God I have good levels of persistence, perseverance and discipline. I am sure that these qualities will help me along the way. And thanks to the Lifebook Program I have a new, fundamental ally with me: gratitude.
I now know how important it is and practicing it has changed my attitude towards life completely. So let me practice a bit of gratitude here to thank John and Missy for the precious lessons they have taught me. From the bottom of my heart: thank you Mindvalley and everyone on the team for giving me this huge opportunity for growth.
