"It drew my attention to one area of my life I actively need to change"

My journey in this program was mild mannered. Not too much amazing stuff came from it as it is all stuff I have been through before. The positive take away is that it drew my attention to one area of my life I actively need to change. If you have done nothing like tis before it would be worthwhile. If you have done any work with a coach or detailed wheel of life exploration it may not be for you.
