One of the early key learnings from Lifebook was that I now summarise, put into my own words, create and schedule action points from all personal development material. I don't just read. I study as if I was going to be examined on the content. This has already proved transformational.
Lifebook is different in a number of ways. Firstly the authors are not personal development gurus. They are very successful business people who have decided to share the methodology that works for them. There is no area and hype or complicated psychological concepts to grasp. Key is the fact that the developers share some of the exact content they used themselves together with the achievements of the community. We are encouraged to adopt and use these if we wish. What this means is that even if you are a perfectionist or a procrastinator you can and will create your Lifebook with ease.
For me this is fundamental to why the programme is so successful.
If you follow the programme it is inevitable that you will improve your life and start moving towards your vision. I would say it is literally impossible to do otherwise. You will know what you want and have strategies to implement. I would go so far as to say, if you are considering purchasing any other Mindvalley programmes, complete Lifebook first. This will give you so much clarity that you will then know exactly which, from the massive Mindvalley library, you should next select.
I fully intended to accept the offer of this programme as a free gift, but now I am committing to Mastery and Membership because I can see how much value this will give.
No, Mindvalley has not encouraged me to say any of this, and I rarely write reviews. Lifebook is now the fundamental structure in my life on which all other developmental activities build.
