Ich bin schon lange auf dem Weg zu einer bewussten Lebensgestaltung unter Berücksichtigung von Gedanken, Gefühlen und Handlungen. In diesem Kurs jetzt hatte ich einige AHA-Erkenntnisse in all diesen Bereichen. Diese sowie die Konkretisierung meiner Wünsche und Ziele in all den Kategorien hat spürbar dazu geführt, dass ich meine Eigenverantwortung für mein Leben klarer übernehmen kann. Dies führte auch zu einer insgesamt positiveren und optimistischeren Grundhaltung dem Leben gegenüber und damit zu mehr Lebensfreude.
