"I've now started going to the gym regularly"

Before this program, I knew my life needed direction, but I was unclear on what areas, in particular, needed the most improvement. 
Thanks to this program, I've now started going to the gym regularly, using a membership I purchased some years ago but never activated until this summer. Also, my assessment score has seen a big improvement, from 83 to 101!
