"I've had some incredible realizations along the way"

I'm proud to say that My Life Quotient has increased from 113 to 139 as a result of the Lifebook process. I've had some incredible realizations along the way, but there is one that stands out in my mind.

Before Lifebook, I was fixated on one or two categories and dedicating most of my focus to them, but without much show for it. What the Lifebook process has taught me more than anything is that all 12 categories are interdependent. By becoming intentional with my love relationship, my career improved. By giving more thought to my emotional life, my thinking (intellectual life) became clearer. So many people neglect key areas of their lives because they're fixated on one area that they deem most important (financial, career, love relationship). In reality, you become less effective in every other category when you neglect some of them. Everything is connected. Thank you Jon and Missy. Namaste ??
