Before Lifebook, I was a mess. I vaguely knew what I wanted to do with my life but it wasn't clear at all. It was mostly just me saying "it would be cool if I could do this" to every ambition I had but never felt secure or justified. During the Lifebook process, I learned that these ambitions weren't just random but could be broken down further and included into a clear 12-Category-Smart guideline that would leave me with a POWERFUL Life Vision that I can now use to become the person I want to be and live the life that I want to live.
