When I began this program I had been struggling for a few months. Even though I felt I had come a long way in my personal development over the past 8 years I had hit a wall with a few areas in life and was sinking into a depressed state. I found that the loving encouragement from the Lifebook process enabled me to understand myself and my last 8 years of development so much better. I truly think this process has enabled me to be more self actualized (even if its just a start) than I was before. I realize now, how important it is to find balance in all areas of life and most importantly, what that looks like for me and not just what society frames it like for the masses. For me, this is powerful as it moves me from a place of doubt, fear, anxiety, insecurity to peace, calm, self compassion, self empowerment.
