Literally the few months before Lifebook, almost every area of my life was put under stress; not necessarily debilitating stress (I'm pretty mature and resilient) but all-encompassing stress none-the-less. When I heard about Lifebook, I hesitated. When stressful situations kept coming at me, I felt that Lifebook "certainly couldn't hurt" so I signed up. From the first lesson, my outlook and my internal responsibility started really kicking in. Really think through each and every area of my life made me have a clearer path in my mind and cleared away all the rubbish that the stress had put in front of me that was clouding my vision. Since I have finished my Lifebook, I now have a clearly written reference book that I can go to when I am loosing my vision.
