Lifebook has been one of best personality development programs for me from all the points of view. Jon & Missy has done awesome work along with Mindvalley to change the life of millions of people. I had never thought of 12 categories of life before Lifebook. Lifebook taught me very well about these crucial 12 categories of life. Before Lifebook, my life was not awesome from most of categories view but post that I have been working to improve all. Jon said very well that win at one category is win everywhere so I have been focusing on health and love categories but Lifebook has changed many. My relationship with food and my body has become better, lost almost 5 kg without any diet just caring about what I eat and exercise. Green smoothie has been awesome and I drink every morning and even my wife. My love relationship with my wife and family has become better and I’ve been working to make it best. I’m truly thankful to Mindvalley, Jon and missy for this wonderful program. I have not implemented everything but started few and it has been working awesome. My goal is to be another Jon and missy to inspire millions of people and change their life.
