I was a very shy and closed person, lacking motivation in my daily life. I was centered in my close friends (2 or 3), family and pets, avoiding everything else as if it was danger.
After this Lifebook experience I started talking more, smiling more, being more confident and social, and sharing with others the ideas I learned in this program, inspiring them also.
I'm so happy now looking at my own transformation and the effect It also brings to others. Friends and coworkers have thanked me after I talk to them, for what I sometimes don't even understand. I believe It's my new energy causing this happiness around me.
I'm very grateful for this opportunity crossing my life and for having enrolled in this experience.
