I'm still busy with it.
However, it is a great course that pushes one to the deepest of oneself and forces self-reflection. This is great really as I am doing it every day.
It's keeping my awareness 'alive'. I am a long-term meditator and I am on the path of self-growth for some time now. This LifeBook is a kind of a great summary of everything I know by myself, by self-discovery and self-inquiry. It's really great. And as I said the length of the lessons is just perfect!
