"I lost 5kg and my weight reached to the weight from when I was in high school."

I have been having low self-esteem for long time. I had never been able to love myself.... until I met LIFEBOOK. 

My motivation to join this journey was: 

1. To find what I really want to do 
2. For my career plan 
3. To find myself deeper and love myself LIFEBOOK solved all of them (of course still working on it though I know how to now). Literally, EVERYTHING. And there was much more than what I expected. I lost 5kg and my weight reached to the weight when I was in high school. Everyday, I eat healthy, do exercise, read book and study new things. I had never done anything consciously before. I have a lot of habits. And now I know how to achieve my ideal goals in my life. I found my important message that I strongly want to share to the world (which is I 'd never found out until met this program). This was my life-changer. I feel amazing now. I met LIFEBOOK when exactly I needed. I'm so lucky and I am grateful for that. 

Thank you, Jon. Thank you, Missy. Thank you, Alex. And thank you all LIFEBOOK members who inspired me directly even indirectly. I will keep my journey with LIFEBOOK mastery. Now I have another dream to introduce LIFEBOOK in Japan, to my country. Thanks!
