"I learned to give myself permission to take care of myself"

My experience of Lifebook dug deep into my heart and soul. I learned to give myself permission to take care of myself and give priority to how I can make the biggest difference in my life as well as my loved ones.
My feeling is that women, in general, are programmed / raised to be selfless and nurturing without giving back or taking care of themselves. It's a never ending cycle of drain, with few perks.
Lifebook taught me how to do all of it without leaving myself out of the equation and gaining so much more. in the process.
