Before Lifebook I was just cruising along with my life. You know - same ol' same ol". Thanks to lifebook I have many things to look forward to, specific things to work on. Thanks to Lifebook I am happier, less stressed about the future, and I am working towards getting off my depression meds. I have the tools to handle everything better especially my feelings.
