Before this programme my automatic negative self talk was at an all time high. I didn't even know. 

After doing this Quest I feel incredibly self aware and rejuvenated. I have stopped procrastinating as I KNOW now that a win anywhere is a win everywhere. So, started implementing manageable changes that fit into my daily rhythm. More Lean and green food choices for instance. Additionally, I really now KNOW what money is. EUREKA!!! I am teaching my child about it and implementing my Life Vision one day at a time. There's nothing more life changing than personal growth. This quest does that and more. I highly recommend it. Thank You Jon and Missy and the Life Book Community.
