I heard about Lifebook program and was excited to learn more about it. My life is « fine » but I knew I always had another level I could operate at. Once I completed the assessment I realized there were lots of areas I was successful at but a couple I was ignoring were sabotaging my life.
Since taking the Lifebook course and clarifying the categories I need to focus on
I have more energy to work toward my goals.
