"I have gone from feeling like I’m never going to move on to having a goal of joyful, life of graditude and self-actualization"

I worked in a small hospital as a RN charge nurse looking at working until I couldn’t anymore. Because of COVID and court my daughter could only have one caregiver live-in. Sooo that was me. She is a quadriplegic and has a 4 year old son who is having a long court case to get back to her farm in Kentucky (3 years+). We each started our quest last March her as a member and me working with her. I lost 65lbs. to start and developed a 12 step plan which in November I started my quest for myself.
My life is changing daily with the goal of retirement, quality of life, self actualization and fulfillment. I have gone from feeling like I’m never going to move on to having a goal of joyful, life of graditude and self-actualization. Taking time and energy to do what is best for me and my life with Charlie. I would advise everyone to invest in Lifebook and themselves. We can’t help others and live our best life if we don’t know what that is. Hope, joy and believing in ourselves is so important to our health.
