Before this Quest my life was... boring and undefined. i had never thought my life would be so amazing and was extremely negative. i was in a bad state of mind and in a bad relationship with my wife. and then corona happned. i decided to take this course after spending a couple of weeks in mindvalley website and doing the master classes. After taking this Quest I feel... i have defined a purpose of my life and my family.i have a bgood and healthy relationship with my wife. i have understood what life is all about and how i can make it extraordinary. The reason I enrolled in this Quest as mentioned that due to corona crisis it was a complete lock-down for 2 and a half months and i had lot of free time and i was in a poor relationship with my wife and I was hoping to achieve/learn was to how to take control of my own life and live on my terms and take decisions. understand how i can be happy. Reasons why I recommend this Quest is there is no other personal development course which breaks your life into 12 different categories and makes you define what you want and why and how will you achieve it and its created by you and not some guru. Areas of my life in which I've noticed the biggest changes in my life is my health and fitness. john had asked to follow exercising for the next 6 weeks on his 1st video. i stuck and i have lost 4 kgs in 6 weeks and m much leaner and stronger My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are that my happiness is in my control. my character is what will help me attain my goals. life is beautiful and am worth and totally deserving of an extraordinary life. The biggest positive change(s) I've noticed are.. that i have started to think each action before doing whether it makes me closer to my lifevision or not. i have stated taking self discipline on a very serios aspect.
