I am a single 53 year old female. I have always wanted more in life and had goals and dreams. But I feel I never really made any huge drastic transformations. I have been conscious and well managing my thoughts, emotions, perceptions and beliefs but when it comes to taking action, something was holding me back. Prior to this LIFEBOOK Program, I have completed more than half of the Mindvalley Quest programs so I was able to start this program with better memory(Super Brain), More Focus(Ferocity) and my own beliefs. Now, after this program, I have already executed many actions in health and fitness and feel better despite with more vitality and clear focus. I am excited to focus on my priority categories, Career and Finance now. Thank you so much!
