Before this program, I was already feeling pretty confident about the direction I wanted my life to go to. I was following my gut feelings, but I knew I was lacking a clearer vision on how to achieve that wonderful happy life I have dreamt for myself.
After studying the Lifebook online, I can now work on each one of the 12 categories identified in the Lifebook and be more intentional in each category. Now I am very clear that my life vision is the result of how I feel with my fitness and health, my financial situation, my interpersonal relationships, my spirituality, and all the other categories of my life. My score before the course was pretty good, but now is very high and I have a more clear picture of what I need to do to achieve my life vision.
