I have done many spiritual and life changing quests before and always experienced great shifts (some were delayed). With Lifebook however my mission in life (in 12 categories obviously) has become more conscious. While doing the process I had so many 'aha' moments and I find myself much more observant about life and relationships which means I make better life choices. And isn't this what life is all about ?.
