I found this program a great opportunity to take time and think through aspects of my life I had been neglecting. I knew I needed to do something about several areas but had been making excuses, I had allowed myself to stay stuck in the victim mentality. Now I am determined to fix these things and am already taking steps to ensure that life changes and improves with every passing day.
