I found this program one of the first weeks in quarantine. All of a sudden a lot of things were changing in my life and I had difficulties finding the positive thread in it all. I was on social media most of the days when the Lifebook add popped up. After seeing the intro video, I was hooked and I feel very happy that I have gone through this journey. It has been very intense and I am sure that I will continue with some of the points I have already started working with.
