When I joined Lifebook, I knew I needed help. I had been working on my personal growth, but still felt like I was just doing a bunch of things with no clear end goal.
Doing Lifebook not only helped me define my end goals but enabled me to really look at my life in such meaningful ways. Going through the categories made me realize how much I had given up on, and how many pieces of myself I had let go of.... kind of heartbreaking and liberating at the same time!
Now, I feel like I have a cohesive view of what I want and feel optimistic that I can make the changes I need in order to live the life of my dreams!!! I found the videos made so much sense and were so powerful!!! WOW! Thank you Jon and Missy for creating and sharing this program, and your lives, with all of us so that we can now work on building our amazing, "12 categories strong" lives. This has given me hope and set my life in a new direction!
