Before Lifebook, specifically since 2013, I embarked on an introspective journey that connected me to my core values and provided clarity on the life I envisioned. I attended conferences and retreats, took classes, volunteered, traveled (spiritual treks), read books, and starting running. These were outlets of exploration. I have always envisioned and realized the importance of a more holistic vision for my life, understanding how interconnected different aspects of life are to each other. Thanks to Lifebook, I was able to gain further clarity on my life vision as reviewing it in 12 categories provided a structured lens to view and further organize my thoughts and vision. And now, I feel extremely confident that I have been on the right path. It's important for me to continue the journey and level up in continuing to manifest the vision I have for my life.
