I had been helped in Mindvalley by Jim Kwik (SuperBrain & SuperReading), a day Ronan (10k) and seeing some of my life changed for the better decided that LifeBook would be a way for me to decide upon, visualize, and create that transformation and more in all areas of ,my life and that this would benefit others whose lives I touch; not least my partner and my children - it may even mean they do the same in time.
This is effectively what has started to happen and what I have focussed on since commencing this program whenever a decision has arisen and now after taking this Quest I feel empowered not only to make those decisions but to create those opportunities with the best path for me already flagged and with the red carpet laid along it to guide me and keep me from distraction - the alignment is present before the opportunity is available and the opportunity is exactly that - a step available to me at an opportune moment moving me closer to my LifeVision.
If, like me, you did not know there was such a thing as your best life, did not realise your dreams were not just fluff - maybe you had limited dreams grounded by your current reality or circumstances, skills, and experiences then I would wholeheartedly recommend LifeBook.
I've noticed the biggest change is not holding onto my victim status due to the ravages of Diabetes and taking responsibility for changing the path of my health through believing my mind's and my body's combined power to heal; to see myself as the healthiest I can be - not the healthiest my Health Care Practitioners believe I can be but far in excess of that.
My biggest insight is that Belief Systems - the Premises you subscribe to consciously or subconsciously - can hold you back and changing these to make them applicable yet empowering is fundamental to allowing your vision to be big and your progress to be unequivocal.
thanks, Jon & thanks Missy - oh and Thanks Vishen! X
