[After Lifebook] I feel better, more in control.. like I am really the captain of my own ship. I know I still need to do more, but with resilience, consistency and self-control, I know I can achieve whatever I want.
I started to be mindful of what I eat, I even am making smoothies now (thanks to Missy's smoothie recipe). I started to practice meditation (although I'm still struggling, I am getting better at it). I also feel more upbeat and happy on most days. I think the biggest mental shift I have is on the topic about Financial life. Previously, I have a mildly unhealthy view with regards to money. I also didn't have the abundance mindset. One other thing that hit me was when Jon said that wealth is an effect. Competence and contribution are the cause.
