I work so hard day in day out but im not happy. I'm always feeling empty despite i have achieved lots in my life. I don't have a purpose to leave. I'm always negative about everything and i don't love myself enough.
The most obvious changes after the Lifebook programme is that i totally ditch all the ANT (automatic negative thoughts) and i started to live my life way more consciously.
I remind myself everyday that im the author of my own life. I start to think a lot and abide by my strategies. I can see that my kids are happier around me now.
I am definitely feeling more empowered and fulfilled now. I will share my experience in this programme whenever i have the chance hoping that it can help the people i know.
