I have struggled for a long time trying to see my way. I've spent a lot of time pushing at closed doors, exploring dead end paths and standing frozen unsure of where or how to step forward. Going through the Lifebook process helped me see where I have been limiting myself with judgement and expectations and not honoring myself. I came away seeing and owning myself more fully and feel hopeful and empowered about the future.
