I have really enjoyed the Lifebook journey. The course is absolutely wonderful and covers absolutely everything necessary for re-examining old beliefs and thus having a choice about how our lives unfold. Thank you Jon for sharing this amazing gift with the world. I am now fitter and happier than I have felt for many many years and have a clear vision of what I want in my life and also a template on how to acheive those things.
