I am now committed to being the best version of myself that I can be

Before Lifebook I had a fairly spontaneous approach to life and was a little disorganized.
My intra-spect score was 101 so I was achieving reasonable success in many areas of my life, but I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted and who I needed to be to work toward a more fulfilling and interesting life.
Thanks to Lifebook I now have a structured plan to work on the 12 categories of my life. Some of what I need to do will be easy in that it requires me to be committed and invest my energy solely into myself.
Others are a bit more challenging because they are not completely in my control - they are to do with relationships and I can only do my part here, without any guarantee that the other parties will value they same levels of intimacy that I would like. This being said, I am committed to being the best version of myself that I can be, and to develop myself so I can love and serve others regardless of what they may or may not give me in return. I have a stronger sense of my own worth since doing Lifebook and I have a renewed confidence that I can have extraordinary relationships, financial success and career fulfillment, and a healthy, fit lifestyle that will enable me to enjoy a 12 category lifestyle. I started my adult life as a single parent of 2 children, suffering from clinical depression and working as a teacher.
I had a career shift at 39 and decided to become a counselor, but this career was suspended when baby 3 arrived and 4 years later I had a car accident that left me with spinal and neck issues. I still knew I was meant to have more of an impact in the lives of others so I "got back on the horse" 20 years later and immersed myself in studying counseling and life coach training, gaining my Graduate Certificate of Applied Social Science and finally started working as a counselor!
Lifebook has helped me clarify my vision for a thriving, impactful counseling and coaching business and I now have the clarity to know what I want, how I can go about achieving these goals and who I need to be to see this dream become a reality. Now my life vision is clearer and within reach. Since doing Lifebook my Intra-spect assessment went from 101 to 123 and I am feeling amazing as I have the tools to make my life truly extraordinary.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Jon and Missy. You have given me wings to fly!

I have found a path to translate my mental vision into actual actions [...]

What changed with Lifebook is that, before Lifebook, I could not translate what I knew in theory into my practical life. There was a block there. I was aware of what I had to do, but I couldn't do it. I tried many implementation experiments, but it just would not manifest in the physical reality.
