I took Lifebook Online in July 2019. I am now registered with Lifebook Membership. I work with it mainly and add other programs to it when I can manage. I am happy and have improved my health and fitness dramatically. I continue to grow and learn. I chuckle when asked to think 20 years ahead. I live in the now and rarely ever consider linear time. As far as the picture goes - It is 5 years old. Other than that I look the same except that I am now 30 lbs lighter. I have no current pictures. I am currently 84 years old.
