I am extremely grateful for the program and the awareness that it brought. My life was pretty good to begin with, but this journey took it to a new level. 
I have followed Missy's path and used bullet points to write in each category. I will take it upon myself to go over each category again in the following months and write a few paragraphs in each one. Thank you Jon and Missy for sharing the Lifebook with the world.
