"I am able to articulate to myself and my loved ones what it is that i want."

Before lifebook, i had explored these ideas, but the thoughts were all jumbled in my head. If someone asked me what i wanted, i was unable to articulate it, sometimes even to myself. I had a vague sense of what i wanted, but was unable to clarify it and ended up feeling a horrible sense of stress and overwhelm constantly, running around like a headlesa deer, trying to achieve what i wasnt even sure i wanted.
Thanks to lifebook, i had to sit down and introspect on thr 12 categories, something i have had trouble doing all my life. It gave me a sense of clarity, and as i kept going through, it basically eliminated all the pressure i had been feeling. I started cutting out useless activities and substituting in things that aligned with my life vision. I was even able to have a difficult conversation with my husband about our relationship, and begin the process of bringing back the joy in our love life (its been awesome)
Now, my life vision is much more clear to me and im able to articulate to myself and my loved ones what it is that i want. I am a doer, so im excited to have something to inspire my actions. The biggest example i have, the most profound realisation, is that i know now when i want to have children. My husband and i used to struggle with this, as we are young, and knew we wanted children but that we weren't ready, but simply being unable to decide when we would be. I am now so much clearer on when i want to have children so it will align with the rest of our life vision, and that in itself is an incredible reward.
Thank you so much for creating this program. Seriously. I've always wanted to write a book, and this one has just been incredible.
