Before Lifebook, my life seemed to be going in different directions because I struggled with clarity of purpose, I was depressed, lacked any energy to do my daily tasks as I was going through the motions of life. I was 39 years going on 40 and I desperately needed to get a grip on my life. My biggest fear is to look back at my life with regrets.
