"Honestly, I think the idea of NOT doing Lifebook is ludicrous"

I actually found Lifebook through an unusual method.  I had a short podcast series with a friend on workplace culture and we did 2 episodes on the culture of Mindvalley.  I found Lifebook during the research which drew me to Jon & Missy’s story.  I love the idea of breaking through the social conditioning and living your life on your own terms, not accepting the Brules(!) that are placed on us by our influences in life.  But it was Jon & Missy’s relationship that truly drew me over the edge and made me think “I want that, how do I get it?”

My life looked pretty good at that point, on the surface.  I had my own business; I was travelling a lot and I had what looked like a lot of freedom.  However, I had a lot of inner demons that were running unencumbered in my mind.  I had problems with anger, blame and emotional repression that would lead to me sitting watching a sunset in Bali with suicidal questions.  Ultimately, I was lonely.

There were a few tools that helped me in my healing journey but Lifebook acted as my GPS.

My first major breakthrough was in the character category where I was able to uncover some trauma I had about integrity.  I discovered that my words and actions had become dissonant with each other and I was able to put in the work toward correcting that.

I was also able to breakthrough my emotional repression which has allowed me to connect with people in my life on a whole new level, including being able to enter into a relationship where we actually do Lifebook together.

But my biggest breakthrough is in my purpose.  I realized that what I was taught in terms of being a man in society was harmful, dangerous and straight up incorrect.  So I’ve transformed my business to being focused on mental health for men and those that love him, trying to make a big dent on depression and ultimately, suicide in men.

Lifebook has been unforgettable for me. Life has a funny way of showing up for you when you are walking on the right path.  I first did Lifebook when I was in a huge amount of pain and now I’ve had the opportunity to spend some time interviewing Jon & Missy personally.

The old me would have thought that was impossible.

The new me knows that anything is possible.

I would recommend Lifebook to anyone. Putting it simply – it’s a relatively simple process, especially in comparison to say getting a degree.  It’s emotionally liberating.  It’s a low barrier to entry financially and intellectually with a low time commitment.  But if you make that commitment, the outcomes and results are enormous and exponential.

Honestly, I think the idea of NOT doing Lifebook is ludicrous.  But I’ve realized now that you need to have belief that life can be better for you.

If you’re watching this video or reading this testimonial then you’ve already shown that you have that belief so just click the extra couple of buttons to take that final step.

Your future self will thank you for it.

"... all becomes easy, I feel free and empowered."

Before Lifebook, I tended to indulge in tons of negative self-talk and limiting beliefs that I was telling myself over and over and over again. I was somewhat addicted to them. Despite that, I knew what I was doing to myself, I was just not able to stop myself and my self-pity. My very firs...
