“Helps refine my thoughts and makes it much easier to create a strategy without falling into overwhelm”

Even though the concept of vision boards/journals are not new… and I have done them over the years – this was a very succinct way of looking at the same questions for various categories of my life.
Separating them – while still keeping the connections in mind – helps refine my thoughts and makes it much easier to create a strategy without falling into overwhelming (my specialty!) This structure made me feel very organized – and helped me look at other systems of my day … feeling more productive! I also loved the immediateness of the course – and keeping me in the 'first draft - getting anything down' mode.
I have since gone back and made a handmade journal (I like the action of writing and participating in a tangible way with the universe!) So relaxing reviewing and rewriting!

I was constantly feeling like I was between a rock and a hard place (for example needing to earn money, but not be...
