Antes de conocer este programa estaba perdida en la vida. Acababa de terminar una relación tóxica y necesitaba recuperarme y comenzar una nueva vida. Gracias a estas lecciones me siento una persona nueva. He recuperado mi alegría y no solo eso sino que me siento en otro nivel superior; más segura, más fuerte y más empoderadas.
