"Each category brought changes in my life"

I began my Lifebook quest in September between the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashana) and Yom Kippur (day of atonement). It was by coincidence that I saw an advertisement for Lifebook on Facebook from Mindvalley and decided to watch it.

I was captivated by the interview with Jon and Missy and thought that, if I could afford the course, I would sign up. When Vishen said he paid $7500, I thought, "Oh no!" and then I listened further and found that the price was indeed affordable - $500. So, I began my journey. Each week I watched the presentation lectures, sometimes twice, diligently taking notes, watching all of the coaching calls and writing in my Lifebook. Immediately, I implemented some changes in my health and fitness category. After concentrating the last 10 years on my career, my fitness and health deteriorated. I now walk for 45-50 minutes in the morning, one day a week -Pilates class, meditation every morning after exercise and then drink my green shake - all before work. I have lost a bit of weight, I have much more energy throughout my day, no-longer wake up in a depressed mood, and my breathing difficulties have subsided due to dietary changes of eliminating wheat, and milk. All of that just from the first category!

Each category brought changes in my life and I felt more calibrated and balanced than I have ever experienced. Besides health and fitness, the biggest positive changes for me occurred
1: in my relationship with my partner (including category 13) - there seems to be more attentiveness, warmth, caring, better communication between us and
2: with my children - I realized that indeed I have been a good enough mother. I had raised my son alone from the time he was only 2 months old until about 6 years of age (then I met my present partner).
My first husband was lynched and killed by an angry mob. I have done a lot of work on myself before Lifebook over many years. Lifebook is taking me further and I will whole heartedly continue with Mastery.

One last note, I have been incorporating many of the ideas and principles of Lifebook into my therapy sessions with my patients. I look forward in Mastery to expanding my career (I am not yet clear as to how, but I am optimistic that I will find out). Thank you Jon and Missy. And thanks to Alex, you had some very good ideas which I appreciated.
