From the intake assessment, I realized I had only been focusing on a couple of areas of my life - I was neglecting a majority of what makes a truly extraordinary life and didn't even realize it.
Thanks to Lifebook, I have a very clear picture of what I want my life to be like in every area, I know what motivation will get me there, and I have an action plan.
During the program, I lost 5 pounds, started eating healthy and working out, I stopped drinking alcohol altogether (at the beginning of the pandemic, I was drinking one or two margaritas per day).
Not only am I in better shape, but so is my dog! My husband and I are communicating more about the tough subjects instead of ignoring our elephant-in-the-room problems. While I'm not yet where I want to be, I know that I will very soon have the life of my dreams and that it is within reach.
