No tengo una historia de antes y un después. Desde pequeño (tengo 26 años) he pensado en como dividir mi vida en categorías y optimizar cada una de ellas. Sin embargo, la estructura y la separación junto al proceso de este curso realmente es increíble. Además, escribir no sólo las metas y que se queden en un papel sino que pensar en el propósito detrás de ellas creo que es clave en generar la motivación necesaria y en el tiempo generar disciplina. De verdad que muy agradecido por el contenido. Por la situación, no puedo invertir en tomar el curso de Lifebook Mastery, no obstante, lo tendré presente en el futuro.
