Before Lifebook I was lost and letting my life on the hands of other people

Before Lifebook, I was lost and letting my life in the hands of other people. My life hasn’t many amazing things but, in many categories, it was getting worse. In theory, I knew that I could do something about this, but hadn’t no idea where to start or how to be consistent. The concept does limiting beliefs and empowering beliefs is now set in stone in my mind. My hesitant behavior is being replaced by a confident and powerful. When I graduated in psychology, I did not believe I could bring value to a career in this field. My impostor syndrome was stronger than my will to contribute on this field. Though I found a career where I find some satisfaction, a feel that I am not learning as much as I could and spending time with the people that make me evolve. Now I have a plan to get an amazing life that I deserve and bring my loved ones with me.
