What I like about Lifebook is that it offers an "empty structure" to look at my life and in that structure, I can be as creative as I want. I am a resource coach and as such, I took lots of courses and workshops in most of the Lifebook categories and I have been collecting over the years, magazine photos and quotes.
Now with Lifebook ..... I can put them all together (my learnings, the courses, the photos) in a coherent way and see the big picture of it all! Because the whole is more than the sum of the parts. And Lifebook give me a simple but sophisticated structure to work that out!
In everyday life, this means: life choices have become easier to take, For me personally, the category of Character had a pivotal importance. It was like a missing piece of the puzzle.
My sense of self-responsibility is much more elevated and rooted now. My love relationship with my husband is getting better and better again. We have more sex, we have better sex, we are friends who listen to each other and let our collective intelligence doing its work. There is still lots of room to improve, to discover (even after 27 years of us being together!) but the vibe is there. And the category that really sucked until now, was my career.
For the last 10 years I have been coaching a small number of people and since years, I wanted to extend this into a real business with a real income but..... We are in a big ecological renovation project of a little farm since 4 years with my husband, we live in a beautiful surrounding but far from facilities, we have three active teens, I have a small rental business and somehow all that had always a priority in everyday life.
Since I started the Lifebook quest, I have a real sense of knowing and doing what I have to do in order to make my business welcome in my life... opportunities are coming my way now and I seize them or I create them. So the Lifeook process has given me deeper roots and stronger wings.
