Before Lifebook my life was scattered. I did have direction, but the direction was going in all directions, which never worked out. I see this now. Lifebook has allowed me to integrate my life into one flow. Honestly, at first I felt a bit depressed at facing the truth about some aspects of my 12 categories. I didn't want to look at it nor take responsibility for some areas of my life. I was taking the easy way out instead of putting in the hard work needed to overcome some things. Now, however, after taking Lifebook and having a direction to flow into, I am tackling the hard stuff. For instance Ihave hired a weightloss coach to help me release weight. I am now able to take action and want to take action. I have joined Lifebook Mastery and I am sure that will help. I am changing my beliefs in many areas of my life and cleaning up my environment. This is only the beginning, but thanks to Lifebook I am taking it on.
