"After Lifebook I completely forgot my stupid depression"

Few weeks ago I was looking for music on YouTube and a pop-up advertising from Mindvalley catch my attention, I felt instant bond and special connexion with every single word from that interview. Like this I discovered Lifebook with Jon&Missy Butcher. This was with just one week before class started, so I had to decide very quickly to dive into this experience ... no delay, no second thought, no other chance. In that day started the #storyofmylifebook.
Lifebook is a brilliant system that divide and organize your life in 12 important categories: Health&Fitness, Intellectual, Emotional, Character, Spiritual, Love, Parenting, Social, Financial, Career, Quality of Life and Life Vision.
Then, each category is split in 4 questions:
1. What we BELIEVE ... do you have limiting beliefs ? What powerful beliefs can we put instead?
2. Vision ... WHAT exactly DO YOU WANT?
3. Purpose ... WHY do you want?... MOTIVATION
4. STRATEGIES ... What TO DO to get it?
This system is divine through simplicity.
Before Lifebook my life was pretty good and beautiful, but I knew that some puzzle pieces are missing. I was wondering: How is possible for some people to have it all? How they think? What they do? How they manage everything and to have balance in their life? Is this possible? And all the answers start to come up even from my first contact with Lifebook.
My biggest “AHA” moment and mental shift was even before class started, when I completed Lifebook assessment. Question like “I have a high level of integrity between what I think, say and do? make me think and reflect a lot.
I had more other AHA moments during the program, regarding my wrong beliefs, lack of motivation, no vision at all and weak strategies.
During class I received a lot of cold showers and tears because I realised that I lived all my life like a drift wood or I didn't lived it to the whole potential.
Lifebook bring me huge awareness and deep daily work with myself, maybe for the first time in my life, even if I did before all kinds of personal development.
After Lifebook I completely forgot my stupid depression, I pay more attention to ME in every aspect and more attention to everyone and everything is coming in my life.
This class is very well thought and very beautiful created
I recommended already this program to everyone I met and I will continue to do it because this helped me a lot already.
I can't wait Lifebook Mastery! The show must go on.
Thank you Jon&Missy Butcher for your huge contribution to my life!! You are AMAZING!!!
