"After each week it leveled up my confidence"

Before I start the Lifebook, I have low self esteem, my character value is becoming down day by day, and my love relationship and parenting went worser than ever. I think GOD is with me to calm down and had a oppurtunity to see the whole Introduction video of Jon and Missy. And thus, I joined the lifebook program. 

After each week it leveled up my confidence in me and seems effective. I have involved my wife to watch the Categories and we both changed a lot, which I was not able to do for the years. Thank you LIFEBOOK !!
