Able to Focus on the Good Things in my Life for the First Time in my Adult Life.

Before Lifebook, I was suffering from a long and enduring depression. I also live with and care for my mother who has memory issues. At the end of December 2019 I told myself that it was made or break time (just like Jon) that if I didn't heal myself I couldn't see me lasting another year. So I signed up for Lifebook, somewhat impulsively, promising myself that I would really give it my best shot. My Assessment was not good. A Life Quotient of 59 and at Critical level in most categories.
I have found the course immensely challenging (but in very good ways) but also heart-warming. I was able to focus on the good things in my life and for the first time in my adult life, I feel I have taken charge.
I am so proud of my (100 page, I got carried away) Lifebook. My partner, who hasn't done the course but watched the Relationship section with me, has been so impressed with my change in mood. I'm laughing more now! I know I'm not out of the woods yet, but I'm on track and that feels great.
And the best thing? My Assessment score went up to 84 and my current level is Moderate. Best of all, my life vision score has gone from 59 to 121!!! Thank you so much x
