For the last several years I have been embedded in a life of raising kids, semi-running my business, getting a little fatter each year, and not feeling like I was really living a life that was on target with who I am as a person. Life Book and Life Book Mastery has been incredibly inspiring in getting me MOVING, but maybe more importantly, it has helped me tremendously in seeing the specific directions I need to be moving and which directions, identities, and priorities I can just let go of as I am designing a life that is truly aligned to my values and who I want to be as a person. I know for a fact, that if I spend the rest of my life bouncing around in a large house in the suburbs, going to Pilates class and making sure my kids homework gets done....I will regret not having done any of the cool and remarkable stuff I wanted to do with my life. Thanks to the Lifebook Journey, I have re-found the young woman who wanted life to be an adventure, who specifically aimed at creating an exciting life of adventure. I have become so clear on my goals and who I AM as a person and I am able to let go of a lot of the stereotypical roles that I have been accepting over the last few years. I am so looking forward to learn more about the next levels of LifeBook that John and Missy are working on. In the mean time I will continue on in LifeBook membership and the accountability group.
